How to manage and revoke connections
Each person manages their own connections. A connection or token acts as you, so revoke any you no longer use.
See your connections
- Open your user menu and select Profile.
- Select Connected Agents in the settings menu.
The list shows each AI client you connected with Sign in with Drum:
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Client | The AI client, such as Claude or ChatGPT |
| Account | The Drum account it may use |
| Access | Read only or Read and write |
| Toolsets | The toolsets it has |
| Authorized | When you approved it |
| Last used | When it last called Drum, or Never |
API tokens are listed separately, under Profile, then API.
Revoke a connection
- On Connected Agents, select Revoke on the connection.
- Confirm.
The client loses all access at once, including the tokens it already holds. To use it again, connect it and approve it again.
Revoke an API token
- Open Profile, then API, and select the token.
- Select Revoke Token and confirm.
Every client using the token stops working at once. Create a new token for the clients you still use.
When to revoke
- You no longer use the client, or you connected it to try it out.
- The token may have been seen by someone else, for example in a shared file or a screenshot.
- The assistant did something you did not expect. Revoke first, then look into it.
- You are leaving the firm or the account. When an admin removes you from an account, your connections and tokens for it stop working too.
Connections that end by themselves
A Sign in with Drum connection that is unused for 30 days expires. Connect the client again to use it.
